knee news
So I went back to the doctor about my knee and it seems I have something called chondromalacia patellar. Yep.In plain English: the cartilage on the back of my knee cap is thinning.
I got a cortisone shot and a brace. I am supposed to be in physical therapy and I have every intention of doing it, I just can't seem to take that first step and make the phone call.
