Today one of my students told me I was cool because I didn't care too much about my appearance (if only she knew). She said Thing 1 is always complaining about how fat she is and how big her butt is. This students likes that I don't obsess over that stuff (again, if only she knew). Anyway, it made me feel good to hear that.
